30 minutes Les Mils squats, back, triceps, biceps and chest exercises. 20 minutes High Intensity aerobics similar to HIIT Step, and 20 minutes regular step aerobics using Jenny Ford.

I purchased a pretty Fila top 3 days in a medium. I honestly do not know if it will fit me right away. It is inspiring me to keep working out regularly and keep track of my calories, in a sincere way. The item arrives tomorrow by mail. I will keep going to look good in that top all summer and into fall 2021 Lol.

I did have to run yesterday(6 miles) with my keys-4 plus keyfob-alarm device. It was difficult, to say the least without any pockets!. hehehe! They went into my Speedo "Splice" bottoms! Difficult, but I did it! :smile:
