New friends who are logging in everyday and entering food into their diaries.
Have been doing this for a couple of weeks now, I moved over from Weightwatchers, not finding the change too difficult at all, in fact I think I'm preferring being accountable for the fruit which I've been munching thoughtlessly on doing WW, the calories really do add up!
Anyway, would love some new friends to motivate me and I'll do my best to be motivating back!
It's so interesting to see everybody else's journeys and the fact that 99% of us are in it for the same reason - to lose weight, shape up and get healthier!
Have a great day, Melissa x

Hi Melissa, I log in daily and would welcome some support too. Weight watchers is good but nutritional fact seems more rewarding long term ;-)0

Hi Mellisa, I log in daily and if I don't do so via the web I do so via the app for my Blackberry. It took me a long time to understand also the difference that eating processed and non-processed foods can make. And while it costs considerably more, I think that governments should offer subsidies to people who eat healthy as in the long run they spend less time getting medical treatment. And another two cents: I think there should be a fast food tax or duty imposed on those who want to sell garbage, because they contribute to a nation's health care costs of their populations. Just my two cents.
Have a great weekend Melissa!0 -
