Cottage cheese has a more milder taste if you're looking for something similar. Just make sure to watch the sodium if you go low fat or fat free.

take a look at Quest Bars. they're high protein, no added sugar, one of the cleanest protein bars out there. INSANITY changed the way I approach working out. I absolutely love it; never followed the program exactly, but I do it every day. Focus T25 just came out as well and I can tell you that's a great program as well.
