I don't use MFP for the sugar tracking. It does not seperate good sugar from bad sugar, so I have adjusted my macros so that it is not included.

What I am doing is not a diet. So, I agree...I didn't give anything up. What I did do was become more conscious of where my food is coming from. I no longer eat red meat or anything processed. I did not ever drink diet pop, so that is not an issue. I also do not drink, so I did not have to give up alcohol. I drink water…
