  • To me they taste better so much so I don't have to use Milk in the shake. I just use steam distilled water. You can keep that whey stuff. If I can't stomach the taste I know I won't use it. I was only trying to give her other options.

  • I'm a vegetarian so it's harder for me to get protein in without high fat or carbs. They work for me. That added bonus was my hair and nails are growing again. 7 carbs, 1 fat, and 12 protein is good to me. I use them for breakfast and after workouts.

  • I eat it. What else can you eat for a snack that's 10 calories, no fat, the biggie NO CARBS, and it has protein in it. People will say good and bad in it, but I figure it's better then what I used to eat that made me 44 pounds heavier.
  • Mine is different. I find I stay on track when I watch carbs and sodium. I always stay within my calorie goal, but eating fruit will always make you go over. I've been on mfp for 120 days now and I find carbs and sodium are my keys to success or failure. So the sugar isn't a consideration anymore.
