  • Day 3 of level one completed. Found it tiring, but managed it. 27 days to go. Managed a couple of push ups...I always end up flat on the floor though having given up haha! Well done to everyone else who is doing this - it is tough, but it will be worth it in the end.. :)

  • Just done day one of level one of the 30 day shred. I have done level one a few times before, but always seem to give up when I get to like day 5...lets see if I can manage the full 30 days this time!
