Anyone who wants to join us for a daily weigh in, please feel free to contribute! I know people only weight themselves weekly, etc. However, I do weigh myself everyday and it has been helpful to me. I will post in the morning my weight and hope others join to positively support each other.
Weight 6/22: 135.6
Goal: 125
A great suggestion was also add a thread for meeting calorie goals for the day, Y or N. It will require for us to hold each other accountable and when you are having a rough day, you have a group that is willing to help and support.

I will only update my ticker weekly as my weight fluctuates everyday and even every few hours but I'll post here my daily weigh in just to see the trend.
I was 43 kg last Friday.
Today I am 42.7 kg (6/23).
My goal weight is somewhere between 38-40 kg. I will stop as soon as I got my flat abs back and my triceps fat lessened, also after I got slimmer face. I will stop of course before I get sickly thin. I am very petite so I still have a handful of fats left on my tummy and upper arms. I actually want to be a little under because it is easier to gain weight than to lose. It is so that it will not be so hard when I reach maintenance.0 -
137.4 today. Surprising because the last few days have been kind of a mess foodwise. But I'm sure it'll get better with family coming into town tomorrow :drinker:
I'm planning for about .75 lbs/week loss for the next 15 weeks (my first marathon), but have been happy with closer to .25-.5 lbs. Hard to see that coming off with daily fluctuations, so I'm trying to focus on my calorie intake over the week to convince myself that I am, in fact, slowly losing weight.0 -

Some of it's probably reduced water retention because I didn't work out much the second half of the week, and I've been running for an hour 5 days a week, so my legs are always tired and hanging on to water.
But I really like how when I eat at a lower calorie deficit, a few days at or slightly above maintenance doesn't send my weight skyrocketing0 -
