I need to lose my last 5 lbs. I weigh daily but will use Wednesday's weigh in as a victory, hopefully less.
17-8: 100.8
18-8: 102.2
19-8: 102
20-8: 104.6 (will need to beat this by next Wednesday
21-8: 102.6
22-8: 103.4
23-8: 102.2
24-8: 101.0
25-8: 102
26-8: 104.2
27-8: 104 WORST week ever!!! Lots of carbs and cheating the last two days over 400 calories!!
28-8: 104.4 Three days of 104 and above from carbs. Zero complex carbs until weekend.. Aaargg
29-8: 105.3 I know disappointment, officially gained a 2 lbs...Arrgg again!!

I'm up today- went to a friends last night usually a kg up the morning after visiting them today only 300 grams. Not too bad. 57.4 kg's0 -

That's right Bikini we can! Today not good 58 kg's. Up 600 grams. Was naughty last night with family movie night but had a great night. Husband told me that my chest is shrinking and I said to him I wish he had said that about my bum instead :laugh:0
