Today I start my new low carb diet. I may increase tomorrow due to increased intake of vegetables, but it won't be an increase of body fat.
On the other hand, I'm starting to get doubts as to whether I can reach goal weight by Oct 25. If not, I'll aim for Dec 31.0 -

Hey guys! I just thought I'd share an app I discovered that could be a great tool for those of you weighing daily. It's called weight trend (it's free!). You enter your weight in every day, and it graphs the change and gives you a line of best fit. That way, when you have the odd days when you have tons of water weight, etc, it doesn't get you down because you can see the overall trend!0

That way, when you have the odd days when you have tons of water weight, etc, it doesn't get you down because you can see the overall trend!
This sounds cool! I do this in Excel (using a linear trendline), so I can see where I'm predicted to be in the future based on my weigh-ins so far.
139.8 today for me. My weight definitely moves in peaks and valleys, so hopefully I'm due for a drop soon!0 -

For us going by lbs instead of kg, Happy scale app is awesome, it forecasts out what your weight and helps with the fluctuation of water retention, etc.0

Woah.. my weight's fluctuating a lot. I'm doing strength training and is gaining muscles so it might be causing the fluctuations. Also maybe because of my carb and sugar intake. I don't want to give up on them yet because I want my diet to be sustainable. I don't want to restrict my carb and sugar yet. Maybe after this week, I will.0 -

I notice the same thing, and I'm guessing it's for the same reasons. As long as I'm losing fat, I try not to worry about the water weight too much.0
