Down a pound today to 137.4. Goal is 135 by 8/6, so .65 lbs/wk.
I have to say, I really like this daily weigh-in thread. When I'm just logging for myself, it's easy to overlook how little my weight goes down or to make excuses. It's harder to lie to myself about my lack of progress when I have to post it here0 -
Yeah, I like this thread too ecak because I don't really feel alone while losing weight. Not many people here in MFP have not much to lose, it's nice to amongst the little to middles.

I feel you. Low carb really helps get my appetite under control for losing weight, but the stars have to be aligned for it to be manageable for me.
