Try to eat more calorie dense meals. Add olive oil to your cooking. Eat peanut butter. If you are eating anything that is "light" or "free" stop, and go back to the real stuff.

Everything in moderation is something that I'm working on, very hard! I am also working on conquering my emotional eating, so that should help.

I don't know... Even two days a week of starving yourself seems like too much. Heck, ONE day of eating just 500 calories is too much. Of course, that's my humble opinion...
