not eating all my calories...

I currently have my setting at 1350 and I find it hard to eat that much and usually I am unable to eat back the calories I burn. I am not starving my self, I eat when I am hungry but I just can consume enough to meet my daily goal...how bad is that? should I force my self to eat when I am not hungry? or should I lower my goal?

You should be finding ways to NET your daily goal of 1350.
Eat higher calorie foods. Switch to full fat/full calorie items that you currently eat low cal/low fat. Snack on nuts, cheese, nut butters, add oil when cooking or to salad dressings, etc.
Not eating enough can be harmful.0 -
Try to eat more calorie dense meals. Add olive oil to your cooking. Eat peanut butter. If you are eating anything that is "light" or "free" stop, and go back to the real stuff.0
