Just to clarify. Muscle does NOT weigh more than fat. A pound is a pound is a pound. Muscle is DENSER than fat and takes up less space which is why you can remain the same weight and lose inches. Also, you CAN NOT turn fat into muscle. Fat is fat and muscle is muscle. You can lose fat and gain muscle. Just sayin'

Blare some music and dance, dance, dance, sing, sing, sing. Vitamin D and Olive leaf complex are good. Don't know why, but it is making me feel alert and motivated. Eat an orange. DON'T eat crap because then you'll just feel crappy and guilty.

I'm 5'5" and can eat that amount without getting hungry. My key is to have two snacks a day between breakfast and lunch and lunch/dinner or dinner bed. Protein is the way to keep hunger at bay and mixing with a carb. i.e., 22 peanuts and an apple, oatmeal with 1T peanut butter, skim cheese and whole wheat crackers. I LOVE…

Even as a woman, I think I understand where your husband is coming from. You ARE thin. I'm 5'5, 160 lbs. My goal weight is 140 which is a healthy, lean weight for me. Men also want curves to hold onto, not bones. Eating healthy is fine, but you may have an unhealthy relationship with your body image. I think he is afraid…

Muscle fires up metabolism, you need both. A balanced exercise routine as well as a balanced diet. Good luck and congratulations on your HUGE accomplishment!

Avoiding hidden sugars, franken-sugars (Stevia is the only substitute you should use), carbonated drinks, white flour (quinoa pasta rocks!) and unfortunately, alcohol. *sigh* Homemade veggie soups fill you up, give you vital nutrition and is low in calories. Lastly, making last meal of the day the smallest. Exercise is…

That movie really disturbed me too. I felt depressed after also and couldn't keep the images out of my mind. I actually turned it off when I saw what the guy was going to do to the prostitute. Saw the end another time. That is a truly disturbing movie.

I love scary movies, psychological and supernatural, not slasher movies Halloween - The original Exorcist - still can't look at that face The Ring - I agree! Scared and freaked me out. Paranormal Activiy 1 The Crazies - kinda gory, but not bad. Great flick
