  • Some ideas: veggie/cheese omelet; tomato soup with some lower fat ricotta cheese added in for protein; bowtie or other small pasta with your favorite sauce.

Hope you feel better soon! :flowerforyou:
  • I have braces too.
Porridge, weetabix, scrambled egg or omelettes, soups, smoothies, frozen yoghurt, mushy peas, inside of a baked potato mashed with tuna, cottage cheese, jelly.

I just made this awesome dessert:

    Chop up a banana
    Put it in the freezer
Once it's quite hard (but not rock hard) take it out
Put it in a mini chopper or food processor
Add a few drops of milk and a tablespoon (or teaspoon, or none!) of peanut butter
    Blitz it up!
    Serve.

Oh....my....god... it's delicious! Plus depending on the kind of peanut butter you use, it can be as little as 150 calories, even less if you leave out the peanut butter altogether. It's JUST like ice cream but healthier :)
