I had this over the past weekend...it lasted 4 days. I keep a journal of all my accomplishments and went back and read them ALL but all my brain wanted to tell me was "I sucked at this". We had ice rescue training this morning and a friend posted pics on his facebook. My wife is looking at them and has one with my back to the camera, she says she didnt recognize me...only the jackets I had on...cause I was one of the skinny guys in the pic.
