Wonderful low/cal breakfast
This is my favorite breakfast, that is filling and low/cal. 1 Large egg 1 Bagel thin 100% whole wheat 1.5oz Kentucky legend sliced ham 1 tbsp pico de gallo cooked in the egg < 1tbsp miracle whip light 258 calories, filling, full of flavor...mmmmmmmm
