Wonderful low/cal breakfast

This is my favorite breakfast, that is filling and low/cal.

1 Large egg
1 Bagel thin 100% whole wheat
1.5oz Kentucky legend sliced ham
1 tbsp pico de gallo cooked in the egg
< 1tbsp miracle whip light

258 calories, filling, full of flavor...mmmmmmmm

    This is my favorite breakfast:

    Take blender and put inside

    50g whey protein
    140g banana
    10g spelt bran
    30g milo nestle
    250ml of milk 2%

    Blend it

    Add 50g quest crunch granola from bulk barn
    add 50g super unsweetened granola from bulk barn

    stir granolas in


    Drink, ~somewhere around 1000 calories.
    Then eat 2 500 calorie meals throughout the day for full nutritious day

    in a skillet with a hit of cooking spray. i use a silicone ring and once the egg is in it, I add the Pico. Rather than flipping the egg. I take a tablespoon or two of water and add it to the skillet and cover. It gives the egg a semi-poached texture...this is how McD's does their eggs. LOL
