" guess I am scared of failing" and that is the answer to most of all the stuff that holds us back. I am just starting the C25K...had it on my phone for a month...looked at every week/daily workout and finally started it last week. I couldnt do even the first day on the treadmill until yesterday...but you know what? even…

I am doing this for me...cause I am a selfish person. I want every day and every minute of my life I can. I want those days to be filled with joy, excitement, energy and be pain free. I want to be a role model to my kids...my grandkids...my wife...my friends. I dont want to be looked at as lazy just because I am heavy. I…
