yay! it's a beautiful feeling to fit something you couldn't before, i did that with my jeans (that i was crying over) that didn't fit me anymore, now fit like a glove, love it!

No, i dont feel guilty for actually hitting my target, because i think the calorie limit is not much, the only way I can stay under my cals tho is to exercise, so i exercise every day. Other wise i am ALWAYS over, and feel disappointed in myself as i really want to loose weight...

Pick me!!!!! I'm 30 in September so that is 6 months (OMG) But def do-able, i want to loose at least 10kgs which i guess is about 20 pounds, but would ultimately like to loose 15 kgs all up (30pounds) I'm planning on setting 5kg goals to get there doing bike riding, swimming and walking, how about you? :smile:

Hi! I'm up in North Qld, loving MFP, and the "truths" it tells with my diet, i have given up stuff like, milo, softdrinks etc coz when i look up the cals, they are not worth it! So how is everybody been doing?

surprisingly i'm doing ok on the 1200 cals, insaying that i have made myself work out 6 days a week coz i love food! The only time i have a blow out is when i have a weekend away (from my small town) and we eat out every meal... but that is only once every 6 weeks or so...

I gave up cold turkey too, i also got intermittent stomach aches and i was drinking diet drinks instead of water.......not good. I've been told even diet is not good due to the body thinking its really getting something sweet and giving an insulin spike (not sure how true this one is tho) I can't believe how good i feel…
