I totally agree with Lisa on this one... Have you tried changing your FAT/CARBS/PROTEIN percentages to 40/30/30 mix, the 40 being either Carbs or Protein?

I used one off google but find out your BMR then times it by your activity level x

I work out my bmr then times it by 1.2 then deduct 500 a day then I know even if I only eat my cals for the day and dont exercise I will loose 1lb a week :happy: Then I burn another 3500 cals through exercise and thats another 1lb, even though the scales dont always show due to muscle mass etc... Hope this makes sense xx…

I used to get these real bad and it was because I was wearing the wrong style of trainer. Find a good footwear shop and get them to do a gait anaylsis....they will tell you your style of running and what trainer you should be wearing. I switched from Asics to Nike and ive had no pain what so ever!! :wink:

Hiyaaa. I use My Protein Impacy Diet Whey, Its 32g protein and 8g Carbs 4g fat....the choclate mint flavour is LUSH!! I have had great sucess from using it to fill in the gaps where I cant get enough source protein into my diet. xx

I couldnt agree more with the above quote!! I have invest in a Polar HRM and I just go off that and not the machines as i found they were inaccurate. I prefer to go on the elliptical as i always feel ive burnt more but carry on with your interval training on the the treadmill...as you will increase your fitness over time…

I always run on 1400 and burn 700, 3 times a week I find if I go less than this i turn into a right moody b*tch Eat what your body needs and exercise more :laugh: x

Hiyaaa, I use a HRM and i never deduct from my BMR. and i also leave mine ticking until I walk down the stairs after my workout. :happy:

I have a Polar f11, its an old model but ive never used it....if your going to but one....get a F4/F7 they are fab (apparently) I love my f11 even though its probably as old as the hill now haha x

Yeah that makes sense :) see i always have my MFP set to maintainence as i go off my BMR - 600 cals a day and burn an extra 3500 through exercise so im looking at 2lbs a week loss as 1200 cals is no go for me im too moody without food ha ha x
