So lately a few times I have gone to log foods and its not until i've gone into the nutrional listing ive realised that the only value listed is the calories one... What is the point in that? surely you are only kidding yourself on the other values i.e Carbs,Protein etc...we are all here to help and support each other…

Hi All, Im doing a diet based on eating 600 less than what my BMR says I should eat and burning 2800 cals a week through exercise... My BMR has changed and it sugguests i should be eating around 100 cals more...due to weight loss and moderate activity....shall i eat the 100 cals or keep it the same as i was when I was 8lb…
