Just had a look...... I wouln't try them personally, the ingedients are packed with sweetners! you'd be better off using green tea or apple cider vinegar.
Wonder how many calories is in each slim shot!?
If you do decide to try, let me know how it goes!
You live in the uk right? go to boots and have a look at Nordic Bio-firm.... these supplement are the only ones that work for me, and they make my nails grow really strong and fast!

Well I see artifical sweetners those are chemicals and those can cause problems. Stomache aches sugar cravings. Don't look to a quick fix! It does not exsist.
If your trying to loose weight I think those may cause you to crave because it messes with your bodies natrual hormones and chemicals and when those are off problem occur.

i would not touch them !
  • Well they are £6 a pack and i thought i'd try them. I drink a lot of green tea anyway, never tried apple cider though.

From other entries on here its about 20cals a drink, which is near enough the same as cordial. 1st day today so ill keep you updated

Im not looking for a quick fix, just something that works along side my eating and training. I feel like i need a boost as i seem to have come to a stand still

Thanks for your help people :)
