I am 5'8.75" and currently weigh 166. My height weight was 276. I was stuck at around 170 forever but just had the stomach flu and got down to 163 lol. I'm in this same boat, I even tried giving up wheat and no good. I notice if I run or exercise i really bloat for a few days, which makes me hesitate to exercise which is ridiculous!

I am in a similar situation, I am 21, 5'9", and currently at about 169. I am exercising every day and eating between 1200 and 1500 calories a day and in two months I have only lost about 6 lbs, and that is on a good day. Most days it's still only 3-4 lbs down. I never log my veggies... They have next to no calories usually so I don't go to the trouble. I do eat them don't worry!! Thanks for all of the suggestions and words of support though, it makes me feel better knowing others can lose on 1500 a day:)
