Hi I know what you mean, as I have worked out constantly for the last month in the gym and I can definately see the results - but I was wondering the same thing, should I have one day off, but again like yourself, would feel I had cheated if I did not go to the gym (just my personal opinion) as I am very dedicated :)

Yes I lost 6 stone 2.5 years ago but unfortunately have put some of it back on due to a few personal problems in my life. But now back and I have taken some pictures when I first started and now do weekly ones to compare - its another thing that keeps me going and the motivation to succeed

Hi All Only just found this, so this will be something else to distract me from food ;) I will be on a cruise for Christmas, so I plan to try and stick to healthy eating, exercise classes and the gym, obviously keeping up water intake so hopefully will not put much on, if any :bigsmile:
