Swimming! Lots and lots of swimming and walking. Plus Bali has an amazing Yoga scene so pop into a class if you get a chance! But also remember you're on holiday and most likely deserve some rest! Have a happy holiday! :-)

It's 9 weeks in total (month 1 uses a set of DVDs at around 25-40 minutes each in a rotation as per the timetable). These are a mixture of cardio, plyo, resistance, abs. Sundays are rest days. Week 5 is a more relaxing daily stretch based workout. Month 2 rotational DVDs are pretty insane and workouts are slightly longer.…

Could I please be included? While I don't have a tonne to lose I have old habits of overeating that resurface from time to time so would really benefit from a many wisdom and tips on curbing overeating! Thanks :-)

Hey there! Able and willing to provide motivation and support in return for a kick up the backside when I'm being lazy! :-)

Feel free to add me! I've had some time off because of travelling for a couple of months but very much back into healthy eating and exercise and would love more friends to motivate and encourage! x

Luci - South Coast of England (Hampshire)! 27, no kids and around 2 stone to lose, though more concerned with inches and overall health than numbers on the scale! Mixing it up with running (badly), HIIT and yoga.

Personally I'm all for living together first! My partner and I were together 18 months before moving in together (while I was living with a friend). After 2.5 years renting that place we bought a home together, and are now hoping to get married in the next few years. I believe you don't truly get to know a partner until…

Sounds just like the motivation and accountability I need! Count me in! :-)

Hi! Although I'm ever-so-slightly over your requested age range (at an ancient 26), I'm a fellow Insaniac. First time round I don't think I was prepared for the muscle soreness and only made it to the end of the first month. Since then I pick it up every now and then as part of my exercise regime (but also do a lot of…

I really struggle with my cravings for chocolate and anything sweet!

Hi all, sorry to reply to this months after it was posted but I've recently moved to just outside Southampton and could do with finding some local people to find out about Soton gyms / any local exercise stuff to keep me motivated! I've done Parkrun before in London and see that there's one held on the Common and also one…

Count me in! Please feel free to add me anyone else who is doing it! :-)

That's the spirit!! :-) I don't know what Body Revolution is but I'm aiming to start Insanity again later this evening (if I ever leave the office and make the 90 mile journey home!)
-
Snap, I don't have the excuse of children to have put on my weight... just a slip into a lazy lifestyle fuelled by working very long hours in an office job... Regardless of the reasons, determined to get fit and healthy now!!

This has really helped me too as I'm going to a Chinese restaurant with my sister tonight... Will stick to as much veg as possible and avoid the sweet and sour sauce like the plauge! Oh, and I'll throw in a 5km run in the morning to offset it! :-)

I ordered Insanity today so am looking forward to (scared of) it arriving tomorrow!! Eeeeeeek, will be tough, but nothing worth having comes easy! :-)
-
Hello! Southampton here! Feel free to add me :-)
-
After reading a lot on the internet about the 'Insanity' programme and being completely taken in by the marketing and testimonials (not to mention the before and after pics!), I can't believe I just ordered mine!! Should be arriving tomorrow so I am most definitely IN for this challenge starting Nov 1st!!! People PLEASE…

Even better - hey to all the "popular" groups from school who made my life hell - "I'm now successful, with a hot guy AND smaller than you! And NOW you want to be my friend?" P.S. This threads is fantastic!!

I'm divided on this... I think it would be nice to know someone was concerned if I was eating far too little, but at the same time, my MFP profile has recommended I have maximum 1,200 cals per day, so that is normal for me. I just have a lower BMR so need less to function, and therefore need less calories to lose weight…
