The ones I can't stand are the ones that notice early on but don't want you to lose the weight. They start commenting "are you losing weight?", "are you dieting?" and then proceed to try and offer you bits of junk food to derail your path.

I am wondering the same thing myself. I've been "struggling" with my weight for a while now. Struggling in the sense that I'm not consistent with my exercises and eating healthy. I need to be more dedicated and motivated. I just don't know how to do that.
