This sounds pretty simple to follow, and I think i will try it for sure! I'm also drinking one glass of room temp water before my meals. helps me feel fuller as well. Thanks for the advice!

I think my problem is that I don't really have much idea of what i SHOULD eat. im mainly just counting calories.

I Don't eat many carbs, usually a tortilla wrap with chicken for lunch. and a little feta cheese. only fruit is a banana.

you can add me! i just started MFP again recently, i used it before my wedding. unfortunately after my wedding i put on the weight that i lost. :( but I am determined to lose it again!
