my best friend ended up dating my ex , there exes for a reason of course there are exceptions but i feel like its just a situation that has to just be looked past and dealt with.

its all about exercise , obviously a calorie count is neccesary for a number like thirty pounds , or any weight loss really but even the simplest exercises make that count alot easier to reach and this site has a pretty wide range of listing when trying to record exercises

im pretty self conscience about my teeth , this is one of my few pictures that i dont mind my smile being in lol..

calories are a measurement of energy to heat 1 gram of water by 1 degree celcius , simply put if you hit your 1800 a day calorie count but work out 300 calories worth in a workout then realistically you only hit a 1500 count and have 300 left for your day.
