I enjoy taking the classes at the gym. They are actually a lot of fun and have taught me some exercises to do on my on. I especially recommend taking a boxing/ kick boxing class if you want a fun way to tone up your legs and abs.

I went through the same thing. Lost 75, gained back 30, and felt miserable and lost. It took me telling myself off to get kicked back into gear. Just get tough with yourself and remember that food can't make you happy. Only you can. :)

We drink almond milk in our house because my husband is a kidney patient and his dietician said that soy milk has more phosphorus in it. Really not an issue if your kidneys are healthy, but something to think about. If you get the almond milk that has 5x the protein, it gives you everything you need.

I also have pcos and struggled for years. In 2010 I lost 75 pounds by watching the kind of calories I ate versus the total number. I fell off track and starting back on it again, but I know how hard and discouraging it can be. Biggest advice I can give is to eliminate as much sugar as possible as well as processed foods.…
