Fat knees!!

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of my fat knees??!! :grumble: I gained alot of weight with both of my pregnancies. Now I am very close to goal weight but I still have fat knees and my thighs just look really sloppy, like hanging skin. I do do lunges and squats everyday. Maybe there is no hope :sad:

    do weighted squats
    single leg squats
    squat jumps
    side lunges
    back lunges
    fward/side/bk lunge combo

    start lifting- like actually lifting.

    Ultimately you could be your "ideal weight" but you may still have an obscenly high body fat percentage (I don't know if you do- I'm just saying it's possible- there is such a thing as 'skinny fat')

    eat clean and lift heavy.

    Me too! In the front and back and I hate them. In addition to lots of lunges, my trainer told me to do the stair climber and jog/run.

    How's your sodium intake? When I'm retaining water, you can really see it in my knees.
