Work out before work, or go straight to the gym after work... graveyard shift was devastaing to me, personally.

I eat more than 1500 calories a day and lose. Heck, 1500 calories a day would be to low for me if I wasn't exercising... I eat up to and sometimes a little over 3000 and am doing pretty good. I onl eat that much when I have worked that much though.

The VERY BEST protein that is naturally found is eggs. All protein is rated according to egg protein. If you are looking for better protein than that, whey isolate and casein isolate are even better. Those are isolated milk proteins.

Fruit smoothie made with kefir and greek yogurt accompanied by half a serving of dark chocolate. Add a scoop of protein if that isn't enough.

Can of Guinness is 210 calories. A double and a half of fine Scotch is 250... doesn't seem like a lot to me. A case of beer has a lot... but if you drink like that, you need AA.

Not so. I make this great shrimp alfredo (pure fat. hehehe) and it freezes fantastically.

No, it is great! Use high quality ingredients and make a very large amount. Do it once a week, and in a few weeks, you will have a good selection of different, homemade, potentially healthy meals to choose from. I do it. Just started again. I have a bunch of frozen burritos that are approximately 300 calories per burrito.…

If you don't you're a doucher. Dishonest with yourself, your support team... those you are helping. If you eat it, log it. If not for yourself, for the poor sap that's looking to you for their support. Don't be selfish and self centered about it!

No. You need to eat. And if you set it to 1200 personally, undo your custom adjustment, and eat back all of your workout calories. If you need some help getting the calories, start making protein shakes after each workout with milk or a milk substitute. But you cannot be health on a diet like what you describe.

If it works it won't work with the honey you get in the store. You would have to get real raw honey from the honey producer, or get medicinal grade honey. They sell it all over Europe. Do not know of it's efficacy as stated by OP though.
