Juicing question

I just started adding one juice a day to my daily routine. I'm actually doing the Mean Green Juice from Sick Fat and Nearly Dead and I actually like it a lot. I was just wondering when counting the calories for it, do I just add up all the calories from each of the fruits and veggies or would it be less than that cuz the juicer removes a bunch of the fruit as "pulp". I just want to keep my calorie count as accurate as possible. Thanks in advance for any responses!!

I suppose over-estimating by including all the raw fruits you used wouldn't hurt, but I'm curious what others have to say about this as well.0

60-80 calories per 8 oz approx.0

I measure the juice by individual item and input the amount in grams. Every thing on here has a 100g option so I use that. For example, 168 g of apple = 1.68 at the 100 g raw apple selection. I already inputted tomorrow's breakfast, feel free to take a look. That way it is accurate except for the fiber.0

Where did you get this number? I'm just asking cuz it is WAY less than what I get when I count up all the produce itself.0
