I cut out soda a year ago and have replaced that addiction with unsweetened tea, and I rarely crave sweets anymore. Salty fats plague my cravings these days.

I love her body! I think it is great that MAC does things like this. Beauty is in everyone, everyone is different and that's beautiful. As for the dress, I think it is smoking! If I had the body I would wear that *kitten* every night ;) hahah

Yes protein powder shakes are like..... a little sneaky ice cream treat, that aren't bad for you. I keep it simple with 1 scoop of Vanilla protein powder (body fortress OF COURSE) 1 serving of plain soymilk and some ice. There really is no such thing as "big boned" in the sense of I'm not fat, I'm big boned. Bones can be different sizes, but it is not like your bones are bigger and that is why you are fat. My bones are not "big"and I am fat. I am fat because I eat too much and don't have good self discipline (;
