I am going to reassess my calories soon. I've still been loosing at a rate of 2-3 lbs per week and I have been ok with that thus far. And yes I am registered for a 5k in September. :)

Thanks for all the support guys! There is a fantastic community here. Looking forward to keeping you all updated as I go. I even signed up for a Planet Fitness gym membership today. Going to pick up my membership tag after work today. :)
