I'm dying to know some real customer reviews too! I just don't want to shell out money if it's a waste!

I find it really easy but here's why - when I first started my weight loss journey, I started with cutting soda and pop first, then milk. I still have coffee and almond milk from time-to-time, but when I do, I make a point of drinking extra water (coffee tends to stunt my appetite). Also - I try to keep water with me at…

I started at 268, and want to lose 100. Feel free to add me!!

HI! I started at 268 and am now hovering around 225/227. I've been working at this since November of 2012 and I figure it took me a really long time to get this heavy it will take me the same time to lose it.

Wow - after reading this I feel as though you verbalized something I have been feeling and carrying around with me for years, without ever being able to articulate, why I have yet to succeed at losing weight and keeping it off. Thank you for the enlightenment!

So glad to read that I'm not the only one this is driving me crazy

Can't wait to try this!

Agree completely. This is my motivation right now - I deserve better.

I am so afraid to start this program! I have arthritis and I am just so embarassed to run outside - I live right off a busy street and there isn't a surface long or flat enough. I'll have to get myself to a gym :frown:
-
If I'm eating while bored and i catch myself I will stop and do something healthy (depending on my location). For example - just sitting on the couch, when i catch my gaze wandering to the kitchen, i'll drop and do 10 pushups, 10 sit ups, and/or some stretching and squats to get myself doing something, and it usually takes…

Thinking in terms of success and failure can do more harm than good. If you are falling off the wagon, then there may have been something in your routine or lifestyle that really wasn't working. I tried weight watchers and it worked for the longest time but eventually I "failed" because it wasn't something I could keep up…

great job!

I have Psoriatic Arthritis - not RA - but it's fairly similar. My case developed when I was around 18, and was so aggressive I was put on Humira by the time I turned 20. I'll be 26 this July. It really helped me. Don't get me wrong, I hate it. But I take out my injection pen and let it sit on the counter for at least 15…

You are truly an inspiration! Thank you for posting this!

I haven't had soda in 7 months - and honestly I don't miss it. I actually had a sip of a root beer yesterday, and it tasted awful to me. Water, tea, and almond milk are all that I'll drink really. An occasional night out and I'll have a glass of wine or something - but everyday it's water/tea combo and it feels awesome!

I've never done a challenge before but why not! count me in

WOW! Your story is inspiring and you look great! Congratulations!

Not my own wedding - (but an engagement is coming soon I think...) but I am in a wedding next August, where all of other bridesmaids are already a good size, and the wedding is mid-century modern (think Audrey Hepburn or Twiggy...). I've lost 8 pounds so far, and looking to lose a substantial amount in time for 2013.…
