So, I want to run. I don't care about being fast, I don't care about being in front of anyone. I just want to run. I'm doing the C25k app and I'm on the 3rd week.

I have psoratic arthritis (which is similiar to Rheumatoid Arthritis). I give myself shots twice a month to treat the arthritis & my hip is on fire after most runs (and sometimes during). I've taken all the advice. I was fitted for shoes. I do the dynamic stretching thing and focus on my hips. I took a week off and basically went back to repeat a week because I want to be easy on the hip.

At this point, I'm discouraged. Has anyone had constant hip pain and live with psoratic/rheumatoid arthritis and been able to run? Just wanted to see if anyone else out there runs with RA or PA.

Thanks.

I am in the same exact boat as you, only its my knees and ankles. Hoping to find someone that runs with the same condition and makes it work.
