Yes I get the same too, but apparently it's because well...your uterus needs the nutrients to refresh itself...i feel weird for writing that lol. Do you eat a lot of protein and fibre? Do you drink water a lot?

Damn, I loved rice milk. Soya milk tasted rather beany I drink unsweetened almond milk, it's not so bad I guess. Hazlenut milk was awesome Even if i don't like it, i drink it anyway

Talk to me if you want, I had problems with eating too then once I started to eat normally my stomach goes into insane bloat mode. It's still the same now, but reducing carbs has helped and drinking more water. I think i too have IBS or some fast digestion. It's hell.

I have to drink a lot, or distract myself. If I really can't take the hunger I'll have a bit of cereal or cheese. Sometimes a carrot

If I crave chocolate i just have an option's hot chocolate sachet :} I struggle to not eat cereal though v.v I crave bread a lot, and biscuits. Exercise seems to stop me from binging on sweets
