I love pop chips, I have to not buy them because I eat to many. Anyway, you can find them at Trader joes, Stop and Shop, Shop rite, whole foods...I'm on the East Coast.

I have to stop the 30 day shred after 8 days. My knees were really hurting, my left knee actually had swelling and it still hurts. Maybe after I lose some weight I will try it again also. Or like you suggested, give it to someone who can benefit, without the knee pain. I'm fast walking 30 minutes a day and adding weight…

I feel ya...my progress is at a snails pace. I will not give up, progress is progress and guess what? I feel so much better with the healthy eating and the moderate exercise that I do. So we will just keep on keeping on! :flowerforyou:

I started yesterday. It was hard but I felt good after I competed level 1. Plan on staying on task with this.....:wink:

I know, I love nuts, but dang I need at least 50 and that is way to much in calories..lol I chew a lot of sugarfree gum.

I drink about 3 cups of tea a day and I add a little Agave Nectar, it's 60 cals per tablespoon. I use less than a teaspoon a day. Good flavor in all teas that I've tried.:smile:

We had an office meeting at work today and there is always a treat during the meeting. I'm always in line for a taste. Today it was a bag of malted chocolate milk balls, one of my favorites, and I turned it down. I really didn't want any. Later in my office I gave myself two fist pumps. :o)

Welcome.. I started last week and I already feel better. I'm making better food choices. I haven't quite incorporated exercise yet, but have a plan to do so. You will really like this site. The support and encouragement is great.
