I've never been in a challenge but I'm willing to give it a try.=) Are there certain rules that need to be followed other then posting your weight on Sundays?

OK....the list is officially closed! Woooo looks like we have a lot of people. I will be compiling the list to give to another MFP friend whittrusty to draw up the spreadsheet. Please make sure that I am everyone's "friend" I will post the website for you to log in your starting weight and measurements and will be posting a new thread tomorrow for everyone to introduce themselves! . When will you post the spreadsheet? On Monday the 13th or the day before? Wondering what measurements you want... just the simple like chest, waist, and hips? or are we doing arms, thighs, neck, etc like some trainers do as well? thanks!0
