Start slow with just moving a little more than you usually do. That might be walking back and forth or hall way a few times every hour or parking a little further away when you go to the store. Just start slow!!

I have a bad case of TMJ and it affects my shoulders alot. When I use 5lbs I lose my proper form and I think form is the most important to not make my shoulders worst. I have adjustable dumbbells to use after I gain more strength in my shoulders.

And the cold kicked my butt, I spent the weekend in bed sleeping and didn't count my calories I gave my body what it needed. I am a outside runner and I workout in the comfort of my own home I do not feel comfortable at the gym. Also not having a car makes it a bit harder getting around, but if i do go somewhere I will keep this in mind.

Getting a bicycle, once I hit my goal weight or very close I am going to start biking. I think it will be fun, I haven't been on a bike since my early teens and I just want to ride again.

I like to me under, mfp says I should eat 1200 a day and I try for about 1000, in case I do need a snack in the night I have room for it. But more times than not I actually go over, but I try really hard not to eat my exercise calories.

Green tea does not help you lose weight on its own. But I drink green tea in the night when I start to feel a bit hungry, instead of grabbing a snack which will be loaded with calories.
