for me personally my day starts when i wake up and ends when i go to sleep. i work 3p to 11p so my biological clock is different from a person that work 9a to 5p. With that being said the standard rule of not eating after 7 pm doesn't work me since, 7pm is usually lunch.

For the vitamins, i take one-a-day multi-vitamins daily. For the foods, i eat what my job provides daily. i know its not the best but i can't afford healthier meals for what it cost there. Does your gym offer a guest to exercise for free? I know the Planet Fitness gym here, allows me to bring a friend for free every time i work out. I'm in the same boat, if I don't have anybody to go with i loose interest. Just a suggestion .

i just started my self and only lost 4 bout in 3 weeks. No fast foods, If you snack, keep it light if it un-healthy. Fruits and veggie, like carrot sticks or grapes are good snacks.
