When I started here 8 months ago, I was 165lbs but I was not disciplined or dedicated and went up to 178lbs. I became serious 6 weeks ago with my eating and exercise and as of yesterday I am down 13 lbs. My GW is 140lbs and I am 5'4".

Thank you for this reminder. I started seriously working out and eating properly for 5 weeks straight but my scale has not moved. I was so frustrated last night and ready to give up. After reading your post...I will not give up I will continue doing my hard work to reach my goals.

Wow you look fab. Love the abs. I am also 5'4". I really hate the scale because I am muscular and weigh more that an average person my height. I m trying to shred 20lbs and fit nicely into my size 4s again. I am currently a size 6-8. You inspire me!

Good luck. Other than walking what was your calorie intake daily? Did you do any additional exercise routines?

Good for you!!!!! How long did it take you to lose the weight at just 1200 calories a day. Did you exercise? Did you eat back the calories gained from exercise?

I agree with you. I have lost minimal weight in over 3 months. I eat 1400 calaroies daily on avergae and try to exercise daily. However, I have toned quite a bit. Currently I am doing 30D Shred and can see a difference in my body but the scale or measurements won't budge.
