After years of having an unhealthy relationship with food, my body image and to top it all off an injury that's stopped me from doing anything for the last 3 years, I have finally started to lose weight in a happy way.

Over the last month I have managed to lose 6.5lbs through diet alone. I'm eating better, eating more, and there's no starving or worrying about calories.

I eat 45%protein,, 35%carbs and the rest fats. I stuck to it religiously that first week and lost 2lbs. I was eating so much more than before and feeling full too.

Im not a huge meat fan, and I know carbs are my downfall, but I've found my happy medium and sticking to it :)
