I never said IF wasnt working for me. I said that I accidentally ate something OUTSIDE of my window and I came here for help. Meaning I came here for COMMUNITY advice meaning a place where we build each other up, not tear each other down.

The only reason I stopped doing the IF the first time is because I am a yo yo dieter meaning I try everything to lose weight lol. Honestly, Im going back to IF so I can stay committed and I have done that for a week now.

I did keto and stopped after a while. It works pretty good.

Sorry guys what I meant to say was this was my second Time doing IF. I was told IF trains your body to burn the fat you have instead of other fuel. Basically I'm just letting my body burn fat and that is how I train my body. I thought eating outside my window messed it up.

Thanks everyone!!!! I was so confused on this calorie goal. You have helped me well. I've been eating 1500 calories because I was thinking I had to eat under my calorie goal.

For me I need something that can count calories accurately and under 50 dollars.
