Started back on IF today, my first meal was about 1. 17 hours. Working to keep macros and calories. How is everyone else doing?

@kimny72 Good Advice. I agree that macro counting is not an exact science. It is good for me to try to hit it as close as possible because I can go way over on the carbs and not get filled up. :)

@adrishappyjourney and @HealthyIrishLass - go into Update Diet Profile on MFP and set it to lose 1 pound a week and then go into Daily Nutrition and set Carbs at 45%, 30%, and 25% for your macros. @HealthyIrishLass - if you count your calories and do IF, you will lose weight. I finished a program that combined IF, calorie/macro counting and carb cycling. It was effective.

Wow...1800 a month is way too much for me. We have one that would be around $450 a month but that includes food. Still a lot and I am concerned I won't like the food. I know it comes down to me and being disciplined.

I am very similar to you - not quite to menopause but close (46 years old). I would love to lose between 30-50 pounds. I am trying to avoid going back to WW because I don't want to spend the money. I would love an accounatibility partner. Please feel free to add me. :)

Thanks everyone for the encouragement and advice. I have been working out when I get home for work but it messes with dinner time and family time. So...I am going to try to switch it up next week!
