Okay I need input. I am debating about going to the Ageless Weight Loss center or doing WW again. I need to be talked out of this...the amount of money (especially for Ageless) is more than I want to spend. I am having great difficulty with motivation and perseverance.

Having motivation in person can help a lot, but I totally feel ya about the money. What about Overeaters Anonymous? I've heard great things about them. I was going to join but I'm so crazy busy these days. OA is free too.

Another free alternative- does having an online community help you? Maybe try posting your struggles and asking for advice. You could also try finding a buddy you can message one on one.

Are your friends and family supportive? My boyfriend's support was a game changer for me.

Maybe think of how the money could be better spent than throwing it at a weight loss clinic. Sorry for not being much help. I'm quite cheap and for me the idea of giving a few thousand dollars to someone for something I can do for cheaper/free is enough to get me to not do it. I have talked to a weight loss clinic and the lowest price they could give me was about $1800 a month. I stuck with MFP.

Wow...1800 a month is way too much for me. We have one that would be around $450 a month but that includes food. Still a lot and I am concerned I won't like the food. I know it comes down to me and being disciplined.
