I completed a Juice Cleanse a couple of weeks ago. 6 x 250ml Juices (or smoothies), a day for 5 days, plus 2L of water. I looked this up for people that are interested. Muscle density is 1.06 g/ml and fat density is (about) 0.9 g/ml. Thus, one liter of muscle would weigh 1.06 kg and one liter of fat would weigh 0.9 kg. In other words, muscle is about 18% denser than fat.

I'm very similar in that I'm a Pommie with a lot of Aussie and Saffa mates, so I always try and remember to post in lbs and Kgs to avoid confused looks. I prefer to report weight loss in terms of lbs and any gains in terms of Kgs. Again it's a mind-trick but whatever works hey. :o)
