I love LGBT movies and have quite a few in my collection, among my favourites: Shelter Latter Days eCupid Were the World Mine The Big Gay Musical The Trip Is it Just Me Eating Out (Just the first one, the rest have been utter drivel) Make the Yuletide Gay Broken Hearts Club

I have to admit, when I found out Matt Bomer had come out, I did make a point of finding out who he was, what he had featured in etc, and I do tend to follow TV shows or watch movies that either have feature LGBT actors\actresses or are LGBT themed in somewhere. (Yes, that does include Glee *sigh*)

Hi there!! South London (Croydon) here (just a short hop away from Gatwick and Brighton.)

My Trainer recommends GoProtein.com GoPro Whey. I have some at home too. I also have a Protein bar as an afternoon snack. Maximuscle Promax Diet - Choc Orange or Choc Mint. Alternatively, something like 100g of Wafer Thin Roast Beef slices or 100g of Smoked Salmon will provide you with around 20g of excellent protein, with…

That's why I wear a KiFit \ BodyBugg device. I burned 500 calories in 55 minutes doing a range of exercies in the Gym this morning.

I already have some pretty deep stretch marks on my gut and back of my arms\pits and thighs., adding to that excess skin. Blegh!

I get up, pee, weigh myself naked. More or less the same time every day. If I have a weigh in day at the gym, I make sure I am wearing the same gym kit on that day. The key is consistency.

I check the accuracy of mine by placing increasing loads of 5kg freeweight plates about once a month. My scales are cheap as chips onces from a Supermarket brand. No difference in accuracy to the expensive Tanita onces I bought 6 years ago.

I've done it the other way, I lost 33lbs over 18 months, then maintained that for 6. I've started again in January, and reset my counter to 0. I know what I have achieved and I'm really proud of it. It all depends what YOU need to motivate you.

When I figure out how to post a pic! Bump

hehehe, There was a similar post to this on one of the other forums. The general consensus seemed to be either wear a Heart Rate Monitor/BodyBugg/KiFit or not bother. ;o)

The Sound of Music What's your deepest, darkest, secret?

I'd look at getting a BodyBugg(US) or KiFit(UK) instead to be honest. Depends what your budget is though.

Totally Agree!!!!!!!

bump Want to track this, as my Sodium instake is also quite high, the main culprit being from Smoked Salmon. Did not know that about Potassium though!

Did you take starting measurements? Chest, Waist, Hips, Biceps and Thighs? If you are eating right and exercising you may be building some lean muscle (a good thing) as well as losing some of the fat. Don't rely purely on scales as a measure of success. I had a similar thing, in 20 days, my weight didn't change more than…

I had the same problem. Get yourself a Kettlebell, 6 - 8lb one should do to start with. They're aces for stripping fact, building lean muscle etc etc. Basic Kettlebell Swings are a good place to start.

Jacobs Cheeselets. 100g is 500 calories, I can get through a 225g caddy in no time at all!!

Buffy the Vampire Slayer is linked to Star Wars. The theme tune to Buffy the Vampire Slayer is by a band called Nerf Herder, and a Nerf Herder is what Princess Leia called Han Solo in The Empire Strikes Back.

Mine's set at a 1000 too, but my deficit is usually around 1400 - 1500. I lost 2.3lbs last week. (Week one though, so will see what week two brings on Thursday morning)

Don't get disheartened. You may just need to make some adjustments to what your intake is. 1200 is prettly low, are you eating back your exercise calories? If not then you should eat at least 50% of them back. Check your water intake. Try and drink 6-8 glasses throughout the day, more if you are exercising. Check the…
