Add me if you'd like! Anyone :) I need to stay motivated, and it's nice to get ideas from people's diary entries/workouts. I recently lost 85+ lbs but gained 40 back. Luckily, i have lost about 14 since I started back again.

Are you eating vegetables? Grazing throughout the day keeps the metabolism supercharged. You can eat a whole bag of mixed greens and that right there is less than 300 calories. Not saying to go out and do it, but with vegetables- you don't have be strict on the amount you're eating. Lean Cuisines and Smart Ones are CHOCKED…

I weigh myself once a week. I think if I weighed myself daily, I would be discouraged. One's weight could fluctuate 5 lbs in one day!

Milk! It's not a lot of calories but I always used milk as a filler for something. I will stick to my almond milk which has half the calories than skim!
