Initially I would still have one small diet drink a day, but I have found that I feel more refreshed and tend to prefer water most of the time. I leave diet soft drinks to really special occasions. Often they taste too sweet as well... I guess my taste buds have changed

I experience stomach twitches even out of Keto and have done so for the past 10 years or so. I always associate it with being dehydrated, I also take a magnesium supplement that is supposed to help with muscle cramps and inflammation.
-
Often half the day sometimes. I really have to force myself to try and eat somedays.

I've had pretty bad acne most of my life and it appears to clear up on Keto.

I'm from Melbourne and have 60kg to lose :) Feel free to add me from anywhere in Australia, looking for more Aussie MFP buddies.

Hey there, I'm beginning my journey again as well and also looking for friends. Will add you :)

LMAO. People really have to be careful with "sugarless" products, a lot of them have to be taken in small proportions since the sugar replacement (usually Lycasin or Sorbitol) causes diarrhea and gas. Also the same reason why if you read on the back of chewing gum, some have a warning saying too much causes a laxative…

I think it's really important to log your off days. Makes you accountable for the food that you eat
-
I just drink however much I feel like, but I have to make a conscious effort to do so otherwise I will drink less than 2 cups of water a day.
-
nice thanks!
-
Oh wow that's a fantastic idea! I'm totally going to do that!
-
added! :D

well done with your weightloss so far, that's fantastic! I'm always looking for new friends for motivation and support :)
-
I'm 25. Anyone feel free to add :) I'm always looking for supportive MFP friends!
-
Hi there! I've pretty much done the same thing, too much negativity on Facebook. MFP has become like Facebook to me where I give and receive support from people with similar goals. Wish you well with your weight loss journey and I hope you don't mind but I am sending you a friend request
-
I haven't tried one but thats the best idea!!! Especially if you don't have much space at home for example.

Awww yay! So technically 2 people for Werribee!
-
I'm pretty much on the same budget and manage quite easily on $20 a week. I mainly shop at Aldi. My weekly shop usually includes: Quick oats rice frozen veggies Whole wheat pasta block of cheese loaf of bread - I freeze this and it lasts a week or two. apples minced beef chicken breast
-
Western suburbs here! I live in Werribee

I aim for once a week... But often I weigh myself once a day
-
Hi there... Similar thing happened to me at about 6-8 weeks after surgery and definitely experience the hunger now. Sipping on water most of the time helps with that for me. I find that I still eat a lot less than most people but I definitely have to consciously eat really slow and stop to think whether I am feel often…
-
I'm looking to buy a fitbit in a few weeks... Definitely interested to see how it goes! Sent you a friend request! :)
-
 Hiya! Sent a friend request I've been here for a little while but often my friends disappear or become inactive.. Anyone feel free to add me as well
-
I hold onto them because i've got a bad ankle and had an ankle reconstruction about a year ago... For the first 10 minutes or so the pain is insane. So for me it helps with balance and easing my ankle into walking.

Hi there, Sleeved in October last year and looking for fellow sleevers
-
Hi there. Just found this group recently as well :) Had my surgery last October. Feel free to add me if you're looking for friends :)
-
had my sleeve October 2012. I have lost about 50 pounds, but generally my weightloss is slow because of various medications I am on. Sending you all a friend request as some support would be fantastic!!! Anyone else - feel free to send me a request

I've had 3, and had my 3rd lapband taken out 3 weeks ago. It's definitely not the easy way out, but if you're not willing to eat well and exercise it definitely won't work for you.
